Flux Class ("we", "us") runs fluxclass.com and the Prompt Architect course. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you buy, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email, billing details and payment information. We receive your name, email and order details, never your full card number. If you email us, we keep that conversation. Our host may log basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security.
How we use it
To deliver course access, send receipts and course updates, answer questions, process refunds, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the course (for example Stripe for payments, our website host and our course delivery and email tools), and authorities when the law requires it.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising cookies. Stripe's checkout may set cookies needed for secure payment and fraud prevention.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete. Email tkfluxx@gmail.com.
Retention and security
We keep order records as long as needed for access, accounting and legal purposes, and use reasonable safeguards to protect them.
Children
The course is meant for adults and isn't directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
